I am looking for the best essential oils for heart, blood and lymph flow. Especially interested in oils to prevent the limbs from “falling asleep” with the resultant pins and needles and also to clear stagnant lymph and encourage natural flow.
Do you recommend taking oils as drops under the tongue?

Ingesting Essential Oils
Essential oils can be very potent and the "side effects" may not be immediately noticeable. For this reason I feel it is better to have the penetration via the skin, not internally. But if you feel comfortable with others’ success using this method then the decision is yours. |

Essential Oils Under the Tongue
I have heard of many people taking essential oil drops under the tongue and finding great success with this method. What is the main reason you don’t think this is a good idea, especially if people report no side effects? |

Hi Ree Of the Ten Best essential oils I recommend Rosemary and Eucalyptus for circulation and Geranium for lymph flow. Of the other essential oils I would definitely recommend Black Pepper. If you have a check around my site you may have noticed that I don’t advocate ingestion of essential oils. Certainly not without being under the care of a qualified Aromatherapist. |
