If there is a lot of loose skin then not much can help, but you can use essential oils in a blend to massage the tummy region to tone the skin and help tone the underlying muscles. This could help with reducing the stretching.
A recipe would be:
5 drops of Lemongrass essential oil, 8 drops of Grapefruit essential oil, 5 drops of Lemon essential oil.
Add these to 30mls of carrier oils (20% jojoba, 20% Avocado and 60% sweet almond oil).
Massage gently over the tummy in a left to right direction (ie right hand starts at the left hip and travels to the right hip then up the right side, across the stomach and down the left side). Do this regularly.
